Directions

  1. Place onion in a medium microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
  2. Microwave on high 2 minutes.
  3. Stir garlic, hot diced tomatoes and green chiles, diced tomatoes and green chiles, green chiles, oregano, and pepper into onion.
  4. Roughly tear cheese slices and place in a 4-quart slow cooker.
  5. Pour milk over cheese and add onion mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low 2 hours.
  7. Stir gently to blend ingredients.
