- 3 -4 chicken breasts, -cubed
- 16 ounces salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 24 ounces white navy beans
- 12 ounces chicken broth
- 3⁄4 cup colby
- 3⁄4 cup monterey jack cheese
- sour cream
- corn chips
directions
- Add first five ingredients to crock pot and cook 6-7 hours low or 4-5 high. You don’t have to cook the chicken first for this one. About half an hour before the chili is done add the cheese and stir it inches The already shredded Monterey Jack and Colby cheese works just fine. Top the chili with a scoop of sour cream and some chips.
