ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans (chopped-macadamia are yummy too)
directions
- Crem butter, eggs & brown sugar, add vanilla and lemon peel and juice.
- Mix in dry ingredients, stir in chips and nuts.
- Drop by Tablespoons on baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 8.10 minute or until almost set.
- Cool on cookie racks.
