  1. I made a cake in a beautiful bunt pan that was like a chrysanthemum so I needed something that wouldn't take away from the shape of the cake, this was PERFECT! So easy and wonderful!

  2. This was a great recipe that I found in a panic. I burned/overcooked white chocolate to dip my biscotti into I had to find another white chocolate solution. I made this and used a spoon to go up and down the biscotti as a drizzle. Once the glaze set it hardened nicely so I could stack them. I am glad I took a chance on an unrated recipe and will definitely use it again.

  3. I tried this recipe for glazing my mini donuts. I used very good quality organic baking chocolate. The result was very disappointing as it was did not set, remained extremely sticky and kept dripping.
