White Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Cookies in a Jar

  • In a clean 1 quart jar, layer and pack the ingredients in the order shown above.
  • If there is any more space at the top of the jar, add more white chocolate chunks.
  • To prepare: Pour mix into a medium mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup melted butter, one large egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract -- mix well.
  • Shape dough into 1" balls.arrange on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375* till golden about 10-12 minutes.

I have tested and tried over 10.000 recipes over the last 30 years on my beloved husband who is now residing in a Long Term Facility with Dementia, so I have to make meals for one, healthy and simple. />My pet peeve is too much garlic in a creamy rich sauce. <br />My favourite cookbook is the one I have made myself over the past 40 years. <br />My interests are knitting Scandinavian socks, sweaters, reading.
