I made this twice... the first time the cookies were great. I ran out of oats, so I added extra flour, ground flax seed, and sliced almonds to make up for the last cup of oats. The cookies were soft and chewy. The second time I followed it as it... the cookies were really dry. The dough didn't seem to stick together, and the cookies came out in the same lump shape that I put them in. So maybe not so many oats was the right idea...

So so so so good!!! I followed the recipe to a T, except that instead of white chocolate, I used yogurt chips and man oh man were these fantastic!! I only got about 30 cookies, but they are pretty large cookies, so it could be the way that I portioned them. This was a very easy recipe, which is great for someone like me who is terrified of baking. I'm so very very glad you posted this recipe, we absolutely loved it!
