ingredients
- 1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix, prepared according to package instructions
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
directions
- In a blender, puree raspberries, sugar, and orange juice. I am guessing at the orange juice amount, so you may need to add a tiny bit more to get the mixture to blend.
- Layer the prepared pudding mix and raspberries in popsicle molds and freeze for about 4 hours until hardened.
- Enjoy!
