  • In a medium saucepan, heat milk and vanilla over medium heat just until milk begins to steam, 5-6 minutes.
  • Add white chocolate, and whisk until completely melted and combined.
  • Divide among 4 mugs; serve immediately.

  3. Yum! I used whole milk. I made this as the recipe of the day for the Comfort Cafe. I added a drizzle of Chambord to mine to make a Hot White Chocolate Raspberry. This would be equally as great with Amaretto too! Thanks :)

  5. Made for Comfort Cafe Recipe of the Day 2009. I reduced to 1 cup serving. I have to say, if just looking at it I am not sure I would think chocolate. It does not look bad just not the traditional brown. But to smell it gave me the warm and cozies. It also tastes really good. I think this would be great with peppermint candies added or peppermint schnapps. Kind of the Wintry treat. As it is -6 with winds out today this was the perfect drink after taking puppy outside. Thank you.
