"This is my absolute favorite pasta salad, it so yummy! I make mine with reduced fat ingredients and it tastes great. Feel free to use regular or reduced fat."

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain and rinse pasta under cold running water until cool.
  • Toss pasta with olive oil to coat.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Chill for an hour or two before serving.
  • Note ~ I've tried this with flavored feta cheese and found the tomato and basil flavor works really well!
