  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. To prepare crust:.
  3. In medium bowl, whisk together the spelt flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Pour melted butter and orange juice over mixture and stir to combine. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture (for topping) and press the remaining mixture into the bottom of an 11X7 baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
  4. To prepare filling:.
  5. Combine cranberries, sour cream, sugar and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Spread cranberry mixture over prepared crust. Evenly crumble reserved topping over filling.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool completely in pan on a cooling rack before serving.
