Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, in a separate skillet heat up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and saute for approximately 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, tuna, chicken broth, lemon juice, and spices and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. When pasta is finished, drain and add to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stir and serve.
