  • Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix together all liquid ingredients, except egg whites, in a separate bowl.
  • Beat egg white until stiff, set aside.
  • Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir and fold in egg white.
  • Bake on hot waffle Iron.
  • Variations: add grated orange rind or fruit, such as blueberries to batter before baking.
