  1. Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix together all liquid ingredients, except egg whites, in a separate bowl.
  3. Beat egg white until stiff, set aside.
  4. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir and fold in egg white.
  5. Bake on hot waffle Iron.
  6. Variations: add grated orange rind or fruit, such as blueberries to batter before baking.
