Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes Ww

"I love blueberry pancakes, but I had to change up my normal recipe so that I could not feel guilty about eating them while on Weight Watchers. These are loaded with good-for-you stuff and TONS of blueberries. I love these things!"

  • Mix first five ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Mix Egg Beaters and buttermilk and slowly stir into the dry mix. Stir in melted butter.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle to medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto hot skillet. Add blueberries (as many as you'd like) and press down slightly to get them to cook into the batter).
  • Cook for 2 minutes on both sides.
  • Repeat with remaining batter, and EAT.
