  • Preheat oven 375°F.
  • Stir together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix all other ingredients together.
  • Combine wet ingredients with dry. mixing only until dry ingredients are moist. Bake in greased muffin tins for 15 to 20 minute.
  • You can also mix in blueberries, choc. chips or your favorite fruit. I usually split the batter and do half blueberries,and choc chips.About 2 to 3 cups.

I am a food service manager at a middle school in Maine. We are now only allowing sweets made with whole wheat plus the have to have the nut. information on the recipe. That is how I found this web site. So any Whole wheat recipes would be greatly appreciated.
