ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 1 1⁄4 cups almond milk
- 1⁄4 tablespoon butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 egg white
directions
- combine dry ingredients and mix well, set aside. combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture, stir until smooth.
- spoon 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet. Turn the pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look cooked. Flip cake and cook an additional minute or two.
