  • combine dry ingredients and mix well, set aside. combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture, stir until smooth.
  • spoon 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet. Turn the pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges look cooked. Flip cake and cook an additional minute or two.
  • Enjoy :-).
