  1. Combine first four dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk together to mix.
  2. Mix next three (wet) ingredients in a small bowl and use a whisk to mix.
  3. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and whisk together.
  4. Add beaten eggwhites by folding in with spatula.
  5. drop by 1/3 cup onto griddle warmed to medium, flipping once.
