ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
¹⁄₂ cup sugar
¹⁄₂ cup Splenda sugar substitute
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 eggs
2 cups milk

directions

Mix / Sift dry ingrediants. Mix liquid ingreadiants. Mix both until no more lumps. Let sit for a miniute or two. Pour out on hot skillit with 1/4 cup measure cup.
