ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, blended
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄8 cup oil
- 1⁄8 cup honey
- 2 cups buttermilk
directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine the two. If you want thinner pancakes, add a little water. Drop onto hot griddle using 1/8 c and it makes about 24 pancakes.
