ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat bread flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups white bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons non-fat powdered milk
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup luke warm water
directions
- Combine ingredients in the order your bread maker calls for on dough cycle.
- Check on dough half way through needing adding a bit more flour or water as needed so dough is fairly tacky.
- Turn out onto greased cutting board and work with greased hands.
- Shape into 15 rolls and place in greased 9x13 pan making 5 rows of 3.
- Let rise 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
- Note: Can be made with all white bread flour with great results.
