  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together the cream, butter, margerine, sugars, eggs and vanillia in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together the whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in another bowl.
  4. Combine both mixture together.
  5. Stir in the choco chips.
  6. Make the finial mixture into a small ball shape, and place them 4 cm apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 mins only or until edges turned light brown.
