  1. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in water and oil. Turn onto a floured surface and knead5-7 times. Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll out each portion on a lightly floured surface. Roll to about 7 inches.
  2. Spray a non-stick skillet lightly with cooking oil. Cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned.
