  1. Mix all spices in a small bowl or shaker. Sprinkle onto chicken.
  2. Put flour and eggs in separate bowls.
  3. Dip chicken into flour, egg then flour again.
  4. Fry in hot oil until temperature is atleast 165°, flipping only once.
  5. Note: Save the leftover spices for next time.
