  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein shake mix
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 12 cup brewed espresso, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

  • Add all ingredients and blend until chunks of ice and chocolate are gone.
  • The amount of espresso can be adjusted to suit your preference.
