  • Bring a pot of water to boil.
  • Add spinach and cook until just wilted, about 30 seconds.
  • Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite size pieces.
  • Toss with soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Japanese chili pepper just before serving.
