Wimbledon Pitcher

ingredients
- 5 leaves mint
- 4 slices cucumbers
- 2 strawberries
- 3 wedges lemons
- 3 wedges oranges
- 8 ounces Pimms (Pimm's No.1 Cup)
- ice
directions
- Fill a pitcher with above ingredients and add ice.
- Top it off with Sprite or make it sing with gin (Hendrick's is recommended), stir, and serve.
- You can even watch tennis while you're drinking it, for good measure!

I can totally see myself watching tennis and drinking this in the sunshine! Very colorful and very refreshing: everyone who tried it loved it and most came back for seconds. Made for ZWT8. -
Fabulous name and drink! This was my first time trying Pimm's and I loved it. The first time I made this recipe I used Sprite as you suggested - very refreshing and I think seltzer water or club soda would be great too. I made it a second time using champagne, and squeezed the lemon and orange into it. That made it a six star drink for sure!

My parents owned a grocery store when I was growing up, so there's my love of FOOD! My friends all love to drink, so there's my profession! I stopped bartending 5 years ago, when my son was born, but still 'do' private parties. DH and I did a 'Supper Club' for a while, but life kept getting in the way!
I am a SAHM, to a rambunctious 5 y.o....I LOVE cooking and collect cookbooks and anything kitchen related! I'm kinda picky, but will just drop an ingredient or make a sub, so I can still try a recipe.
I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment here, and hope to participate in some events soon!
