Winar Mexican Casserole

"This is my very first recipe that I've ever made up. I didn't know what to call it so my friend, Wes, named it for me. I absolutely love Mexican dips and such, so I wanted to make my own. Really, this is the type of recipe where you put as much of one ingredient as you want. I hope you enjoy it."

My name is Elizabeth, I'm 14 and I absolutely love cooking and baking. I've recently started cooking; about a year or two ago. I want to go to Le Cordon Bleu cooking school. I have two older brothers and I have three cats, my own dog and my own horse. I work at a horse stable cleaning stalls for free board and lessons. I enjoy that very much, it keeps me occupied and in shape. :) I play the viola, I've been playing since I was in second grade and I ride my horse, western, and with him get ready for local horse shows.
