Directions

  1. Remove the hard outer leaves of the cabbage and its core.
  2. Cut it fine.
  3. Chop the carrots and radishes into small pieces.
  4. Add the finely cut cabbage.
  5. Mix lemon juice and olive oil.
  6. Add it to the vegetables.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Serve chilled!
