- 1⁄2 cup eggnog
- 1⁄2 cup hot espresso or 1/2 cup very strong coffee
- 1 -2 teaspoon bailey irish cream
- whipped cream
- ground nutmeg
directions
- Pour eggnog into a microwave safe coffee mug.
- Heat on HIGH for 35-60 seconds.
- Add hot espresso and Bailey's Irish Cream; mix well.
- Top with whipped cream and a little nutmeg.

This drink is outstanding. I buy lots of eggnog during Christmas and freeze it because I like to drink it year round. It made this drink so rich and creamy. I added Bailey's until it tasted right, didn't measure it. Wonderful when you are in need of an indulgance. The whipped cream and nutmeg on top was a delicious and elegant touch.
