  1. Turn crockpot on high.
  2. simmer sausage, onions, peppers, celery and carrots in a fry pan until soft add tomatoe paste cook 4 mins on med heat.
  3. after cooking toss everything into the crock pot.
  4. let cook on high for 2hrs at least befor serving.
  5. i cook it on high for 2 hours thin set the pot to low and simmer overnight
  6. Enjoy with Braciole Spahgetti.
