Directions

  1. Boil 1 ½ cup of water and dissolve bouillon cube.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Put vegetables and 3 tbsp water in a large skillet.
  4. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes until crisp tender.
  5. Drain.
  6. Add to pasta with reserved cooking water and remaining ingredients.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Added Touch: Top with chopped peanuts or cilantro before serving.
