ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄2 cup coconut
- 3 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Cream together butter and sugars.
- Add egg and oil. Mix well.
- Stir in cornflakes, nuts, oats, and coconut.
- Stir together salt, soda, flour. Gradually add to batter.
- preheat oven to 325.
- Shape into balls the size of small walnuts. Flatten with a fork dipped in water.
- Bake 12 minutes.
