Ww 4 Pt. Chicken With Peanut Dipping Sauce

"Yum! This recipe for one is from the Weight Watchers Favorite Homestyle Recipes cookbook. The point count was before I replaced the peanut butter with the low fat option. I don't know if it changed the count. Increase the serving size for the whole family to enjoy it. The snow peas and tomatoes are for decoration and they are tasty with it as well. This would also be a yummy lunch to take to work. Enjoy!"

  1. This made for a very easy lunch and something different from my normal salad. I served it with maifun noodles. DD and I thought that the sauce was missing a little something ~ possibly some ginger and cayenne both of which we added. Thanks for posting this Nif! Made for Went to Market Tag.

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
