  • 1 lebanese bread
  • 12 cup tomato paste
  • 85 g pumpkin, chopped & steamed
  • 40 g weight watchers lean chicken
  • 30 g weight watchers grated tasty cheese
  • 6 black olives

directions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Spread the bread with tomato paste.
  • Top with tomato, pumpkin, chicken, cheese & olives.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.

  1. I made this for 4 last night . I actually constructed it at a friends house so there are no photos. But it was fabulous. I added some spinach leaves and it was so easy to make and wonderfully yummy. I especially loved the olives .

I live in Keilor Downs, Victoria in Australia. I am a receptionist in Melbourne. My favorite cook books are anything Weight Watchers or Simply 2 good 2 be true also any muffin or scone cook books. I love cooking easy stuff but I love a challange ocasionaly on the weekends when i have a bit more time. My pet peeve is how much capsicum/bell peppers are in recipes now as i am elergic to them.
