  1. I sort of combined this recipe with Recipe #254025 which was a Weight Watchers (flex or core) recipe that had much higher reviews. Follow this recipe but: 1 whole banana (I didn't freeze mine and it was still good) and I skipped the nutmeg. PLUS... and this is the key I got for the other recipe... ice. Mine was thick and really quite good! (maybe that means I've been dieting too long, ha ha? It is certainly not a milkshake like from an ice cream store, but it sure helped with a craving)

  2. As other people have commented, the shake is too watery with half of a banana and a cup of milk. I ended up using the whole banana, plus a handful of crushed ice cubes. Its more of the consistency of a smoothie-icee, but I found it delicious and refreshing. Also, depending on how ripe your banana is, I omitted the Splenda because it was already sweet enough for me.

  3. This didn't have enough banana flavor for me. I also thought that the frozen banana would thicken it up but it was to smooth. Next time I would either probaly add one whole frozen banana or 1/2 cup milk to the 1/2 of banana.
