Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine topping ingredients.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat until cranberries have popped, 10 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Coat a 9-inch (23 cm) baking pan with cooking spray.
  6. Combine crust ingredients and pat them onto bottom of baking pan.
  7. Combine filling ingredients and smooth over crust.
  8. Bake until chocolate has slightly set and crust is golden, 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Top with cooled cranberry mixture.
  10. Cool completely on rack.
