  • 34 cup buttermilk
  • 12 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 12 teaspoon rum extract
  • 3 ice cubes

  • Place all ingredients in blender and process at high speed until smooth.
  • Serve in tall glass.

  1. Very yummy. It did need a bit of sweetness with just the rum extract, so I added a tsp of maple syrup. I tried it with real rum instead of the extract and it was just sweet enough.
     
  2. My DH loved this! I did add in some sugar and used full-fat buttermilk, and ended up making two glasses of this. This is rich an creamy, thanks so much mariposa!
