- 1 tablespoon fat-free cool whip

This was great! I kept it real simple - 1 cup skim milk, 2 T butterscotch fat free/sugar free pudding mix. Whizzed it up with some ice and "voila!" instant yumminess! -
I enjoyed the shake, but found the vanilla flavor to be slightly over-powering. I just made it again, but with cheesecake flavor pudding mix instead of vanilla--delicious! It's still very creamy and satisfying without too much vanilla. -
I really enjoyed this and have made it several times this week! It makes a satisfying snack anytime of the day. I liked that it didn't call for too much pudding mix. Thanks Redsie- Roxygirl

Canadian girl that loves to cook for herself and for everyone around her!! I always enjoyed cooking but more so since I started taking better care of myself by eating healthier food (I am a Weight Watchers Lifetime member!). I still love my chocolate though!
