Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix first 5 wet ingredients in blender on low.
  3. In a small bowl, blend together flour, baking powder & salt.
  4. Add flour mixture to blender and blend on low.
  5. Grease & flour a standard size bread pan. Add mixture to pan.
  6. Bake 60-70 minutes. Done test: clean toothpick in middle of loaf.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite topping!
