  • 3 green squash
  • 3 yellow squash
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons cajun spices

directions

  • Start by melting the butter and adding two tablespoons of spice.
  • Layer the squash in the pan at a depth of one slice
  • Sauté until golden brown.
  • Add the rest of the butter and spice.
  • Finish browning and serve.

  1. This is terrific. I used half olive oil and half butter and didn't really saute until browned, just to the crispness I prefer. The flavor was wonderful.

I live in Ct with my girlfriend and we both work untill about six pm. Its important to us to spend quality time together and with our pets. Usually in the summer we go for walks or spend time outside in the pool. In the winter we like to snuggle up on the couch with the dogs and watch movies, or go shopping.
