Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 yellow squash, sliced (more or less)
  • 12 red onion, sliced (more or less)
  • 12 cup milk (skim, 1%, 2% or whole)
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Pour the milk in a skillet and heat gently.
  2. Add squash and onion.
  3. Cook until done to your liking, I prefer still al dente (some people like them soft and squishy).
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
