  1. Put a layer of potatoes on the bottom of a greased casserole pan.
  2. Layer with squash, onions, tomato then season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.to taste.
  3. Cut bacon into cubes scatter 1/2 on top.
  4. Repeat steps to form a second layer ending with bacon.
  5. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Enjoy!
