  1. I do this sometimes to make salad dressing adding chopped fresh mint and some freshly ground black pepper.
     
  2. Made for Aus/NZ Recipe Swap #28. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! I recently discovered that I couldn't have any vegetable gums so that means that all ready made salad dressings are out and that I must use full fat mayo. Since I'm trying to watch my calories, this did not make me happy. I was so excited to find this and even more excited when I tasted it ~ it was awesome! I used plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Thanks for posting this January Bride!
