  • Put in a bowl Yogurt with the powdered sugar
  • Add cream and mix from bottom to high
  • Pour in the mould.

  1. A nice dessert; I used strained stawberry yoghurt and creme fraiche. I whisked it all together with the icing sugar and piled it into small glass dishes with cream and hundreds and thousands as a decoration. I was going to use a mould, but thought that it was too soft to hold its shape! A refreshing and cool dessert thanks! FT:-)
     
  2. I drained plain yogurt first before adding the powdered sugar. Stirred in the cream (used heavy cream) and them served the dessert in a fancy china stemmed glass. I don't own molds or else I would have served it that way. Garnished the serving with fresh strawberries. Next time I would be tempted to add vanilla seeds to the mixture. Grazie!
