- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup fresh fruit
- 2 tablespoons granola cereal
- 1 sprig mint
directions
- Layer bottom of a clear glass with fruit.
- Add layer of yogurt.
- Add another layer of fruit.
- Add last layer of yogurt.
- sprinkle with granola.
- garnish with a sprig of mint.

A perfect breakfast, dessert or anytime snack. There is no end to the variations for this awesome recipe. This morning, I prepared one using raspberry yogurt mixed with chopped up nectarines and topped with granola. It just doesn't get any better, easier or healthier than that. Tomorrow, I think I'll mix chopped banana with strawberry yogurt topped off with granola. Being a hit a run kinda gal, I don't bother with the layering, I just mix the fruit and yogurt together in a dessert dish and top with granola. Yum! Thanks for sharing.
