Your Favorite Yogurt Pancakes

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup yogurt, your choice of flavor
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon butter
directions
- Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium sized bowl. Make a dent in the center of the flour mixture.
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Combine the milk and the yogurt in another bowl.
- Add the egg and melted but to the yougurt mixture. Whisk until the egg disappears.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dent in the dry mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until you don't see anymore flour.
- Put a frying pan on medium heat.
- When the pan is hot, melt a little butter in the pan and add 1/3 cup batter.
- Cook 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown underneath.
- Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until underneath.
