Ingredients Nutrition

  • 473.18 ml sugar
  • 9.85 ml vanilla
  • 473.18 ml butter
  • 473.18 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 88.74 ml water
  • 473.18 ml nuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, butter, water, and vanilla in a medium sauce pan. Cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, to hard crack stage (300 degrees). Remove from heat and pour onto a greased cookie sheet. While hot, cover with chocolate chips. Spread when melted. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Break into pieces when cooled.
