- 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda granular
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 3 1⁄2 bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄8 cup chocolate chips
- 3 cups walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Preheat oven 350.
- Cream margerine, sugars and bananas. Then add all the rest of the ingredients and pour into a baking pan.
- Cook for approx 45 minutes.
