  1. Excellent! I made the recipe as directed except for halving the amount of chilies to suite our gringo tummies. I liked the way the sour cream countered the sweetness of the immitation crab. The lime juiced balanced the sour cream while enhancing the flavor of the other ingredients. The onions and chilies added a nice heat as well as crunch. Great recipe Ang !

  2. I liked the southwest spin on crab salad. Everything worked well together. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

  3. wow! This is truly an excellent recipe. I made it with real crab meat though - accept no imitations. IT is even better on toast with a slice of avocado. To die for.

  4. Yummy is a very accurate description of this crab salad! I prepared it exactly as directed and I loved it! If I were to change anything next time, I would probably cut back on the cilantro, but this is just a personal preference. Yummy and easy! Thanks Angie11002!

  5. This was a nice change of pace for lunch. My boyfriend stuck his nose up at it, so I took it to work and enjoyed it myself. Very tangy, I used 1/4 c of green onions and had to sub lemon juice b/c I had no lime.
