  1. CRUST: Mix and put into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Bake 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. FILLING: Mix cream cheese, 1c cool whip and powdered sugar; spread this mixture over cooled crust.
  4. Mix instant pudding as directed.
  5. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
  6. Place the rest of the cool whip on top.
