Filling
- 3 haddock fillets (or similar)
- 100 g spinach (or similar)
- 2 carrots, diced
- 100 g peas

Sauce
- 280 ml milk
- 20 g butter (or similar)
- 30 g plain flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon dill (or parsley)
- 30 g grated cheddar cheese

Topping
- 6 potatoes
- 20 g butter (or similar)
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 20 g grated cheddar cheese
directions
- Topping- Fill a pan with cold water, peel and chop potatoes into the pan.
- Boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes seperate when pierced with a fork.
- Mash potatoes with butter and nutmeg.
- Sauce- In another pan melt the butter, then add the flour and mustard to form a paste, gradually add the milk stirring continually to form a smooth sauce, add carrots.
- After 5 mins add the dill and cheddar to the sauce, take off the heat and stir.
- Filling- line the bottom of an oven proof dish with the spinach. Then place the fish fillets in the dish, cover with peas.
- Pour the sauce into the dish, ensuring an even coverage.
- Cover with Mash potato, then top with grated cheese.
- Cook on Gas Mark 6/ 400 Fahrenheit/ 200 Celsius for 35 minutes.
